Urban Luxe is not your typical real estate brokerage. In addition to handling traditional residential and commercial sales, we also assist clients with their long term and short-term vacation rental properties.

In 2012 Dave Westbrook made a career move from hospitality to real estate and Joe Pascale, a 20-year industry veteran served as his mentor. Dave quickly proved himself, generating millions of dollars in sales year after year. Over time Joe and Dave became partners and built a top producing real estate team where they coached other agents and assisted them to become industry renowned realtors. As they were expanding and looking to make their next move, they recognized the diversified skill sets of the agents on their team and the interest in offering expertise in other areas of real estate services. When Joe and Dave couldn’t find a firm that allowed them to pursue their vision, they decided to create their own, and opened the doors to Urban Luxe to foster career growth and community.
